Smoke and Mirrors has been successfully furnishing and styling properties for sale for more than thirteen years. We furnish approximately 160 properties a year and we give expert advice on presenting homes that are already furnished. All this based entirely on our reputation. No advertising, no presentations to real estate agents. Even this website is a very recent innovation.

We take great care to avoid the rather stylized ‘packaged’ display-home appearance.

Not only is Smoke and Mirrors cost effective but we also believe that you shouldn’t have to pay for a product before you receive it, so we don’t expect any payment until the furniture is on site. Then we require only fifty per cent, with final payment when the furniture is removed.
